Renters Insurance. Protect Yourself!

Renter's insurance covers your personal belongings. No coverage of any kind is offered in your agreement with us. Please contact your local Insurance company to get quotes today! It's very inexpensive if you compare it to losing everything you own.

Why do you need renter's insurance?

• To protect and recover your possessions in the event of a loss

• To quickly and easily receive payment for claims
• To provide you with temporary living coverage if your residence is damaged
• Simply put, you need renter's insurance for your peace of mind!

Pets?

Pets require consent from the Landlord. A non-refundable pet fee of $200 per animal (under 25 lbs.) or $250 per animal (over 25 lbs.) is due at the time lease is signed. IMPORTANT NOTE: The following breeds will require a $300 pet fee as well as proof of special insurance: Pit Bull, Doberman, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Chow, or any mix of these breeds. Landlord reserves the right to change this policy as needed. No more than 3 pets are allowed and must be of the cat, dog or bird species. If Tenant is not currently a pet owner and chooses to bring an animal onto the premises during their tenancy, they must immediately contact the Landlord and pay the appropriate pet fee. If any additional pets are found on premises beyond what tenants claim then the appropriate pet fee must be paid to Landlord immediately.
